Return & Refund Policy

At HASAN GLOW STORE, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is damaged or defective.

• The wrong item was delivered.

• The item arrives significantly different from the product description.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used products

• Personal care items that have been opened

• Items damaged due to misuse

• Change of mind after delivery (unless required by local consumer laws)

Refunds

After your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product

• Photos of the packaging

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
